Flow and Kapit

You know the saying when you empty your mind, that's when you really focus? Well, flow is like in martial arts. Don't hold on to something, let it go. The mentality of the child is that they can let go easily. "Kids say the darnest things." When the technique of something is integrated into you, you just work with it, you don't have to think about the technicals of the skill but you just do it. On a first date, it tends to mess up because we are self conscious and hang on to our own image.
